Rebecca started her career in Real Estate in 2014. Recently moving to Port Stephens Rebecca has came to us with a knowledge of LJ Hooker Systems & quality service expectations having already worked with an LJ Hooker office on the mid North Coast. Having previously studied financial services, along with her desire for an organised, driven work space, her friendly, helpful nature has cemented her a footing in the Property Management industry.
Rebecca, is our Leasing Manager, her primary roll is to minimise the rental vacancy rate. Whilst managing a tenancy database Rebecca shows prospective tenants through all properties for lease, process their applications and presents them to our landlords for their consideration. Rebecca understands the importance of a complete and thorough reference process, financial & background check on all applications that she receives. Once approved, Rebecca then prepares the legal documentation and meets with the new tenant to sign the lease. At this time Rebecca outlines and sets the boundaries, expectations for the tenants throughout their tenancy – including our routine inspection expectations, zero tolerance arrears policy and repairs and maintenance procedures. Rebecca knows that customer service is paramount and she takes pride in providing this service on daily basis to both landlords and tenants.
